Call is closed – WG2 in-person meeting

We are delighted to share with you the invitation to join an in-person WG2 meeting!
The meeting will take place on 6-7 April 2024, in Wroclaw, Poland at the University of Wrocław, Faculty of Letters.
A tentative agenda for the meetings and details about the venue will be sent out in the following weeks. The main objective of the meeting is to finalize the systematic literature review paper and discuss possible other dissemination activities for WG2 Experiment Design & Methodology.
Please note that all participants of Working Group 2 are eligible to apply for attendance and will be reimbursed upon the completion of the event, if they are elected by the COST Action Committee.
If you are a member of WG2 and wish to participate in the meeting, there are approx. 16 eligible places that will be reimbursed by COST. Note that priority will be given to WG2 members who have taken volunteer roles in the
review of the papers for the systematic literature review paper. Note that we can only accept a limited number
of participants from the same lab, so please coordinate with your colleagues.
If you are interested in attending, please send the application form via e-mail to multipleye.2022@gmail.com. The application form includes a brief motivation. In the application, you should explain why you wish to attend the meeting, and mention in which subgroup you reviewed the papers for the systematic literature review. Please also specify if you are planning to contribute to the next dissemination activities of WG2.
If the number of applicants exceeds the number that can be supported by the available budget, the responsible
Committee of the Action will select applicants to be reimbursed. The selection will be based on the motivation
received and the applicant’s contribution to WG2. The list of participants selected for reimbursement will be
announced after the application deadline.
Applications should be submitted by February 15, 2024.
Formal invitations will be sent out to the selected participants via the e-COST platform.

Note that MultiplEYE can only cover the expenses for a limited number of places. Therefore, we also welcome
participants who can cover their expenses through their universities or other sources. Applicants who apply but are not selected as eligible for reimbursement are nevertheless welcome to join the meeting at their own expenses. However, due to organizational matters, this number will also be limited.

According to COST rules, all participants who are eligible for reimbursement are expected to initially pay all the
expenses themselves and provide evidence of expenses incurred via the e-COST platform. Participants will be
reimbursed after the meeting for the attended days and travel time. Please refer to page 85 of the COST Annotated Rules to see precise calculations.
Please carefully read the Online Travel Reimbursement Rules (OTRR) for details on reimbursement upon the
completion of the event.
We are looking forward to your applications, and to seeing some of you in Wroclaw, Poland!
