The Predictors of Reading Workshop took place in Trondheim on April 10-11th, 2025 and was hosted by the Language Acquisition and Language Processing Lab, NTNU.
The Workshop gathered some of the most prominent scholars in the field of reading with an excellent line-up of talks on topics ranging from literacy development in typical and neuro-divergent populations to cognitive and neural mechanisms supporting reading and interventions.
The agenda featured talks by Joel B. Talcott (Aston University), David Saldaña (University of Seville), Kate Nation (Oxford University), Ken Pugh (Haskins Labs/Yale University), Jay Rueckl (UCONN), Marco Tettamanti (University of Milano-Bicocca), Arnaud Rey (CNRS/Aix-Marseille Université Marseille) and Sascha Schroeder (Georg-August Universität, Göttingen).
